When you contact our customer service department with a concern related to your online cashback, we ask you for proof of purchase.
In order to best process your request, we require either an invoice or the full order confirmation email received at the time of your purchase.
This document must contain the following information:
The exact date of purchase
Details of products or services purchased
Payment details (total amount, any fees, and promotional codes used)
The e-mail address used on the company's website
Order number
From your phone, simply take a screenshot of the invoice or order confirmation email, then send it to us by clicking on the “image” icon at the bottom of the conversation. If you don't know how to take a screenshot, we invite you to read this article.
From your computer, convert your e-mail into PDF format:
Click on the 3 little dots at the top of the email, then on “Print”.
Choose “Save as PDF”.
All you have to do is name your document and send it to us by clicking on the “paperclip” icon at the bottom of the conversation.
