How Can I Share Proof of Purchase for a Cashback Issue?

If you contact our customer service team about an issue with your online cashback, we’ll need proof of purchase to assist you.

To process your request efficiently, we require either an invoice or the full order confirmation email you received at the time of your purchase.

What Information Is Required?

The document must include:

  • The exact date of purchase.

  • Details of the products or services purchased.

  • Payment details, including the total amount, any fees, and promotional codes used.

  • The email address used on the merchant’s website.

  • The order number.

How to Send Proof of Purchase

From Your Phone:

  1. Take a screenshot of the invoice or order confirmation email.

  2. Send it to us by clicking on the image icon at the bottom of the conversation.

From Your Computer:

  1. Convert your email to a PDF:

    • Click the three dots at the top of the email and select Print.

    • Choose Save as PDF.

  2. Name your document and send it to us by clicking on the paperclip icon at the bottom of the conversation.
