Online offers allow you to earn money on your online purchases when you use Joko.

You can find them in the mobile app, in our browser extensions, and on the Joko web app.

There are several ways to use the online offers:

By activating Joko browser extensions (<a href="https://support.joko.com/en/articles/200532-how-do-i-install-the-extension-for-google-chrome">Chrome</a>, <a href="https://support.joko.com/en/articles/200534-how-do-i-install-the-extension-on-safari">Safari</a> or <a href="https://support.joko.com/en/articles/200533-how-do-i-install-the-extension-for-mozilla-firefox">Mozilla Firefox</a>) and the mobile extension (<a href="https://support.joko.com/en/articles/200535-how-do-i-install-and-authorize-the-mobile-safari-extension">Mobile Safari extension</a>) which will notify you as soon as a site you visit is a Joko partner.

On the mobile application or our web app, by clicking on an offer.

On the mobile application, search the brand’s website through the search bar. If an offer exists, Joko will notify you that the cashback has been activated automatically when you visit our partner's website.

You must have your browser set up correctly (see <a href="https://support.joko.com/en/articles/200536-how-to-set-up-my-browser-to-make-joko-work">here</a>), in particular, you must not have an ad blocker (see <a href="https://support.joko.com/en/articles/200531-how-do-i-disable-my-ad-blocker">here</a>)

Only promo codes provided by Joko are guaranteed to be cumulative with cashback

Do not visit other websites at the time of your order, especially other promo code or cashback websites, or use competing cashback extensions

Do not click on the newsletter of the company a few hours before your purchase
