To remove a bank connection from your Joko account:
Go to the "Profile" tab by clicking the icon on the top right of the app.
Click on "Bank connections."
Select the logo of your bank.
Click on "Remove connection to this bank."
⚠️ If you remove your bank connection and later reconnect it to fix issues with missing cash back, any cash back for the disconnected period will not be credited. Instead, refer to this guide to resolve your issue without removing the connection.
