Why haven't I received my cashback after a purchase?

This article will help you only if you made a purchase using Joko but, you don't see your cash back. If you see it and it is still pending, go this way.

Your cashback can take up to 72 hours to appear. There is sometimes a delay, for example, because our partner takes time to transmit your transaction to us. Sometimes, a little patience is enough and the problem solves itself.

Check that you have respected the offer's conditions. You can consult the conditions directly in the description of the offer.

  • You have to go through Joko to make your purchase (via the Shop button, the browser extension, or the link received by email)

  • You have to accept cookies when you arrive on the merchant's website

  • You must have your browser set up correctly (see here), especially if you have an ad blocker (see here)

  • Only promo codes provided by Joko are guaranteed to be cumulative with cashback

  • Do not visit other websites at the time of your order, especially other promo codes or cashback websites, or use competing cashback extensions

  • Do not click on the newsletter of the brand a few hours before your purchase

If you have respected all the conditions and the 72-hour deadline has passed, please contact us, and join the confirmation email for this order to your message. It must contain the following information:

  • The order number

  • The exact date of purchase

  • Details of the products or services purchased

  • Payment details (total amount, any fees, and promotional codes used)

  • The e-mail address used on the brand's website

If the information is incomplete, we will not be able to process your request.
