After purchasing with Joko, the cashback will appear in your earnings.

If the cashback amount seems different from the expected amount, here are several elements to take into account that could explain this difference:

  • Cashback is usually calculated on the amount excluding sales taxes and shipping costs.

  • Some products may not be eligible. For example, some merchants may refuse to grant cash back for second-hand and used items, or certain product categories.

  • The rate of cashback may vary depending on the product purchased or whether you are a new or existing customer.

Please note that the cashback rate of an offer can change in Joko. For example, some offers are sometimes temporarily boosted. The rate of cashback that applies is the one that was in effect at the time of your purchase. Therefore it is possible that the cashback received does not correspond to the current cashback amount of the offer if there has been a change in the meantime.
