Why didn’t I receive the correct amount of cash back after using an offer?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

After making a purchase with Joko, your cash back will appear in your earnings.

If the amount seems different from what you expected, here are some factors to consider that might explain the discrepancy:

If it’s an online offer, please double-check the conditions. In particular:

  • Cash back is usually calculated on the amount excluding sales taxes and shipping costs.

  • Some products may not be eligible (e.g., items sold by international resellers, second-hand or refurbished items, or specific product categories).

  • The cashback rate is determined by the merchant and may vary based on different factors (e.g. the product purchased or whether you’re a new or returning customer).

Important note about changing cash back rates

The cash back rate for an offer can change over time. For example, some offers may be temporarily boosted. The rate that applies is the one in effect at the time of your purchase. If the rate has changed since then, the cash back amount you receive might not match the current rate shown for the offer.
