Why is my cashback still pending, and how long will it be?

For some offers, it is possible that you have received cash back but it is "pending". You can find it in the Pending section of your account and you can click on it to have more information.

In this case, the cashback is not yet added to your account's balance and you cannot use it.

The cashback remains pending because each merchant must verify that all the offer's conditions are met and that there have been no returns, exchanges, or cancellations before paying us the commission that is shared with you.

In particular:

  • For car rentals or accommodation rentals, the cashback will only be validated at the end of the service.

  • For registrations (banks, insurance companies...), the brands take the time to check that the registration has been successful and that the opening is final and respects the conditions.

To find out more about the estimated validation date, simply click on the transaction you are interested in.

These validation dates are estimated based on the observation of past validation times, which doesn't constitute a commitment, as only the merchant remains in control of the management of these times. But of course, our teams make sure to regularly follow up with them.

Nevertheless, we established that a delay of up to 4 months is necessary for our partners to validate the transactions. If this delay is exceeded, do not hesitate to contact us.

We are sorry if the delay in processing can sometimes be long, we have no control over the time it takes to validate your cash back. Please note that if the cashback is not released, we do not receive any commission. It is therefore in our interest to see your transaction validated!
