Sometimes a pending cashback is not added to your balance and appears in the earnings history with a red cross. This means that the cashback was declined by the merchant. By clicking on the transaction, you will find more details on the date it has been declined.
Unfortunately, the merchants do not share the reason for refusal. However, it is either due to the conditions not being met or due to one of the conditions explained here.
