Sometimes, your cashback may appear as "pending." You can find it in the Pending section of your account, and by clicking on it, you’ll get more details.
When cashback is pending, it hasn’t yet been added to your account balance, meaning you can’t use it yet.
Why Is Cashback Pending?
Cashback remains pending because merchants need to verify that all offer conditions are met and that there were no returns, exchanges, or cancellations before paying us the commission we share with you.
Specific examples include:
Car rentals or accommodations: Cashback is validated only after the service has been completed.
Registrations (e.g., banks, insurance): Merchants verify that the registration is successful, final, and meets all conditions before approval.
How Long Does It Take?
To check the estimated validation date for your cashback:
Simply click on the transaction in the Pending section of your account.
These dates are estimates based on past validation times and aren’t guaranteed since merchants control the process. However, our team regularly follows up with them to speed things along when possible.
Maximum Waiting Time
Merchants typically require up to 4 months to validate transactions. If your cashback hasn’t been validated after this time, feel free to contact us.
Why the Delay?
We understand that waiting can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Please note that Joko doesn’t receive any commission unless the cashback is validated—so it’s in our best interest to ensure your transaction gets approved as quickly as possible!
