Why haven’t I received my referral bonus?

If you haven’t received cash back from a referral, check the following:

  1. Make sure your friend entered your code when signing up and that it appears in your referral list.
    You can find your list of referrals by going to “My Profile”, then clicking on “Referrals” and “View your referrals”.

  2. Make sure your friend has connected their bank to their Joko account.
