Why didn’t I receive my gift card?

Your gift card is sent to the email address associated with your Joko account.

Usually, the gift card is sent immediately, but in some cases, it may take up to 48 business hours due to our anti-fraud measures.

Make sure to check your spam folder and verify the email address linked to your Joko account (go to the top left corner of the app, then click on "My Information").

If you haven’t received it after 48 business hours, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
