You can purchase Gift Cards directly from your Joko app, allowing you to instantly earn cash back. They can be used for purchases at a variety of online and/or in-store retailers.
Where Can You Find Them?
Gift cards are available in the "Gift Cards" tab of your Joko mobile app.
Purchased gift cards will also appear in this tab for easy access.
How Do I Buy Them?
Go to the "Gift Cards" tab in your Joko app.
Select the store you're interested in and choose the amount you'd like to load onto the gift card.
Review the store-specific terms and conditions and proceed to payment.
You'll immediately receive the corresponding cash back.
How Do I Use Them?
Once you’ve purchased a gift card:
Find it in the "Gift Cards" tab of your Joko app.
Click on the gift card to access the necessary details, including the barcode, gift card number, and (if applicable) the PIN code.
Follow the conditions and instructions for use, which are provided for each store directly in the Joko app.
Are My Gift Cards Refundable or Exchangeable?
